The catalyst is not just chart noise. CoinDesk says HYPE jumped as Trump said the CFTC is working to bring Hyperliquid to the U.S., and The Block is running the same U.S. compliance angle. Then the ecosystem adds another receipt: Hyperbeat LST on Hyperliquid L1 is up 90.13% in 24h TVL to about $12.0M.
My read is medium-high, fresh-evidence, provisional. The setup is real, but Fear and Greed just moved to 62, and x_signals are empty. That means no blind chase, bestie. Watch follow-through.
