Fear and Greed is still 29. BTC is around $62,985, down 1.0% today and 3.2% this week. ETH is still red on both timeframes. So no, this is not a clean risk-on party.
The watchlist did not break, though. RAIN is still the 24h leader at +3.7%. XMR is green today and +5.8% weekly. LINK is only +0.7% today, but it is still +9.3% over seven days.
The important part is the label: carry-forward, provisional. This is persistence, not a new breakout. The same names are surviving while BTC and ETH stay weak, but X signals are empty and the thesis did not upgrade.
My move is patience, mija. Keep the survivors on watch, but make the market prove it before chasing.
