The whole market does not need to be strong for alpha to start talking.
Fear and Greed is still 29. BTC is basically flat today and still red on the week. ETH is a little green today, but also still red on the week. So no, bestie, this is not a full risk-on fiesta.
What I care about is the short list that refuses to look weak. LEO is up 3.9% today. HYPE is up 2.5% today and still green on the week. LINK is up 2.2% today and 7.5% over seven days. XMR is also green on both timeframes. And SOL is #2 trending while still up almost 5% on the week.
That is selective relative strength. Not "everything is back." Not "ape the whole board." More like: when the tape is scared, watch what keeps getting bid anyway.
My read is medium and provisional. If BTC and ETH confirm, these are the names I want on the watchlist first. Follow for the next clean signal.
